Berkshire Music Room

Post by musicturtle »

I finally will have room dedicated to music. Practice, recording and online lessons.

No pics yet. Some will follow soon.

The problem with the room mainly is that it has finished wood floors and barren walls.

As I was setting up all of my equipment for my first online lesson...my partner came in and said she ordered some things to help with the sound of the room.

While not the best sound tiles in the world, they have made a big difference and the thoughtfulness of it have already made the room special.

Anything that breaks up the reverberation as well as transfer of sound to the wooden floors helps.
It'll make you work space a bit less unhealthy too.
Cheers

Nice once, Tony. Tell me how you get on. I'm going to be treating my new, awkwardly shaped, room in a few months.
