So after all the mixes were done individually, I had to go through and do a shitload of "matching" stuff to make sure the tunes all sounded like each other, and I continued to tinker with snare drums and bass guitar and "evening out" the rest of the kit etc. etc. Took ages. My stereo speakers died in the middle so I had a 2 week delay while I got them repaired - didn't want to just go via studio monitors / car stereo.

Amazing how I could be completely happy with one track and then when played in sequence with another one notice a significant difference in bass, or kick drum, or snare drum or vocal volume, or reverb or apparent volume. Tons of additional tweaking to match them all up as best I could. And if I was smart at the start I probably would have retracked ALL of the bass guitar - it was a nightmare. I know better now...

Anyway - all done now, and perhaps I can get onto something new.

Anyone wants a copy of the album or to update their old files, download link below. Should be able to download the band name folder, the album name folder the 13 tracks (320 mp3) and the cover image so it can just slot into your collection, but I haven't actually tried it ...

Thanks again to everyone for the help. All of the 13 songs in the various threads below have been removed. None of them were finals.
