They'll be starting in "mid may" so, late may. And it'll take about "2 months" so, 12 weeks. Would be nice if it was done by mid July for the school summer holidays.
There's optimism for you!

Hope it all goes well - don't forget to post pics...

They just finished the flooring today, and the walls were painted yesterday. So it's been good progress lately! The sharks with lasers on their foreheads will go in next week.

The Welsh don't agree to Hobbits - they're bred specially to fit in the mines with no bending. I suspect the shed is part live room and part small dark space orientation chamber.

All kidding aside JD that looks like a massive friggin job. What exactly are they doing here? Are thyegonnado that thing where they deatch the roof and rasie it up higher to add a story?

Also there aren't words for how uncomfortable i am and how my stomach flopped when i saw how close that car is parked to scaffolding. Maybe i've been on too many construction sites in my day and ive seen too much shit fall from those but, you ain't gonna catch me parking a car under that stuff.

Changing the roof to be a gable end, sticking a huge dormer on the back and putting new stairs in. This'll give us 3 new rooms upstairs.
