:happytrees: Coming.

I spent yesterday zeroing in on the last bit of flutter echo. I threw together some rough looking wall shelves and placed them about 13 inches down from the ceiling in between the absorption panels, and with out even putting anything on the shelves it pretty well did the trick. The room now as a really really nice sound. The flutter has largely been reduced. It still has a little "live" bounce to it if you are standing in the back of the room clapping or strumming an acoustic but it has more of a controlled not quite dead feel when seated at the PC listening. It's just a tight really together sound. Still can't get over that stereo image.

I think after i hung the shelves i just sat and played my acoustic for over two hours. It sounds so nice in there now. Walked away with out a single picture. Sorry dudes.

So the only things left i have planned, is the baseboards, (won't be until the nice weather hits as i have to mill all of it in my drive way i guess) i have some skateboards i am going to be hanging on the wall behind the computer and i think i may hang a couple of my guitars that don't get as much use on the empty part of the wall beside the door.

Glad to have this behind me. my wife looked at me last night and was like "It looks good, are you starting the my office this weekend"

:lollers: :lollers: :lollers:

I am taking a break from renos and shit for a month to enjoy this space and get some noise finalized. it sounds so good. I think i strummed for another two hours straight last night.

Nice!!

But why is the whiskey and Scotch shelf so high? You may forget about it way up there?

Enjoy your new space Mr. Jack.
