Beautiful looking guitar!

BTW, why do all the new LP's have the designation "T" on most of the models now?

Traditional spec. A "T" Les Paul is built like you'd expect a LP to be built.

There are also "HP" models which have fancier features that make them not so traditional.

Expect them to be built in the modern sense right? Meaning weight relief?

I think it's more like modern options and geared towards more modern music so they tend to have hotter pickups, coil taps and stuff like that. I think some have a better access heal joint too.

Not necessarily. Traditionals are not weight relieved. But "Traditional spec" might be though. You can get Traditional or HP spec on any of the higher end LPs. Maybe even Studios, but I'm not sure.

Keep in mind the word Traditional means two different things.

A Les Paul Traditional is a type of Les Paul. Like a Standard, Classic, Custom, Studio, or Traditional. The Traditional spec can be applied to any Les Paul.

So you could buy a Les Paul Traditional Traditional spec, or Traditional HP spec. One is a model, one is an option package.
