yeah ...... I've had lots of stuff worth a fortune ..... easily a million dollars worth of valuable vintage stuff I traded off or snorted up.

We had no clue there was any value to it ...... it was just old stuff ...... I took one of those Silvertone twin twelves and cut it up with a saw to make two monitors out of it.

I had a Les Paul Recording Bass serial number #00001 that I hated and took the electronics out of it and threw the bass away!

HA! man that sucks hey. Other than the grabber they didn't really make great basses. But still. that bass you sent to the landfill would probably worth a few dollars.

it was the heaviest guitar ever ..... WAY heavier than the heaviest paul you've ever lifted.

We were young and in good shape and when my buddy switched with me to play bass so I could play sax he'd groan when he lifted it.
Plus it was short scale which I absolutely loath in a bass.

I wish I had what I put the electronics into ..... I took a Ric and put the super cool recording bass electronics in it .... destroyed it as a Ric but man, that was a great bass!

Wow, that's a HUGE compliment! Thank you! Someday, I would love to collaborate with @Lt. Bob, I think we could do some good music together. Someday. . .
If I knew what I was doing, I'd be dangerous!
