Old tracks

Post by Ausrock »

Thought I may as well put some old recordings up here, this is one of five songs from my son's (then) band that I recorded 18 years ago.

These mixes were never finished as two of the guys jumped ship after they were offered a serious chance to be taken up by one of the majors in the industry.

...and sound amazing nonetheless. Nice!
awesome youtube comment of the day
Bill and Ted time traveled and brought a bass player from 1973, a drummer from 1984 and a guitar player from 1995. Now they're spreading peace all over the world 🌎

Maybe not finished but I am really enjoying your sound! People jumping ship is why I am now a "do it myself" musician! Love your sound, love the song!
If I knew what I was doing, I'd be dangerous!

Being in a band is both fun and exhausting. I miss it and I don’t lol.

@Ausrock Good song and sound. A tiny bit bright for my taste but still good.
“Naaaaaaaaaah man. I ain’t touching that mic. That thing’s expensive!”

There's a reason that most of the stuff I post here is from my solo project where I don't have to deal with anyone else's input or reliability!

This is pretty good. Kind of Matchbox Twenty vibes but just slightly informed by the emo explosion of the early 2000s.

People, comments are very much appreciated :like:

@Armistice Matt was lead guitar. I will put up the other tracks that were recorded one of which had a video shoot done as well......all I have to do is find out how to reduce the files down from approx 300mb to fit as an attachment  .
