Crest Podcast Theme Season 2

OK, so we're starting recording Season 2 of the podcast this week and, as such, I've re-recorded the main theme.
If you could have a listen and check the mix that would be great.
Just realised that the Crest theme actually gets thousands of listens! That's way more than anything else I'll ever do so it would be nice to get this right.

Its similar. But its all been re-tracked.
The riff bit is half the length this time, the talking bit is longer. I also had a double time drum beat last time but I've done it in standard time this time. But the tempo is a little higher.
Not that any of that matters particularly I just want it to be a decent mix and to get to the content of the show a bit quicker.

I've done a longer arrangement for the outro of the show where it doesn't matter if it goes on a bit longer including a double time section and stuff.

Sounds good to me JD. It's got a good flow to it, perfect for an intro.

Does the whole thing 40 seconds play for each episode? If so, it's kinda long. My patience for intros is about 3-10 seconds any more. Longer than that and I'm looking for the forward button. But I think enough happens in the first 10 seconds that if the rest was talked over, it'd fit right in.

Yeah. After the riff section the volume will drop by 10db for tom to introduce the guest over the bassline and power chords
