Bike tires tend to be higher PSI. You use a hand pump, and they'll often get up to about 60.

Re: Blowup Doll - mix check
The intro guitar part - is that meant to lift a little of Radiohead? I may be mis remembering though.
The mix is ACE, really ace...your OH YEAHS are great.
Castanets sound perfect.

I love the way you guys dissect a mix while having fun doing it. At 100 psi if she pops, she won't blow your mind, she'll blow your head off
Great song

Great song

Re: Blowup Doll - mix check
Thanks Ray. If there is anything about this that sounds like Radiohead, it's completely accidental. I don't know one single Radiohead song.
Ha thanks man.

Re: Blowup Doll - mix check
This thread has been so educational!
Castanets are sitting better.
Re: Blowup Doll - mix check
to my ears the 2nd is much improved.
bass is much better and for some reason whatever you did made the vox sound better too.
I know you didn't change it but the way the other changes affected the freq range being reproduced somehow allowed the vox to be clearer.
Like the 2nd mix SO much better.

yer welcome douchebag!

Re: Blowup Doll - mix check
Yeah by the way I did not do anything to the vocals in the 2nd mix. You're right that when you change one thing it can have an effect on everything else.

like when I married my wife it impacted the relationship with all my other girlfriends.
Re: Blowup Doll - mix check
Now instead of one pissed off woman, you have a bunch of pissed off women!

Re: Blowup Doll - mix check
yeah ..... that 'many women' thing sounds fun but in practice, not so much.

Re: Blowup Doll - mix check
So polished sounding!
I suppose I havent heard your tracks in three years but youve really honed your skills...like the foo fighters meet the ramones (I know your gonna hate me for that) Very clean, very polished, very good...the parts where the guitars join again in the verse is just perfect
