Worth making the full song?

Post by CrowsofFritz »

Another Beatles cover

I’ll definitely have to clean it up but this is all scratch tracking.

I’m going for a shorter version of this song, I think I’m almost done! Just gotta add some guitar parts at the end.

Thanks! This was a fun one. I’m surprised the guitar sounded as natural as it did. Did you know it was fake?

It sounded odd - a mix of stadium rock & metals but with lots of low end - for the Beatles but I assumed it was just your artistic decision of pedals setting.

I thought it sounded OK. Overall it was a little muddy.

You might want to tighten up some of the vocal double tracking.

Thanks! Yeah, I think the second verse needs some better takes. I assume it might be the organ that’s contributing to the muddyness.

Yes. The guitar on the left contributes just a little bit as well.

IS this the full song now? I likely missed something. Lots probably.

I think i'd like a little less guitar in the left as a start and more organ in the right maybe? they might be eq'd the same but i am definitely hearing way more of the guitar on the left. and maybe the solo at the end maybe dead centre?
