Armistice... Bill... you've both got amazing and very expensive guitars and you want to save cash by stamping your own plectrums!!
Lol you are the last mofo that should be making fun of anyone over guitar picks.

On the contrary! I think everyone should be looking up to me as a gentleman of impeccable taste!
Since they don't make a teardrop stamp, and that's what I was using at the time, I didn't get one. I'm going to look into it now that I've settled on a different shape. I believe they sell the plastic sheets as well. Or that the least you should be able to source that stuff at any home repair store.

I bought a packet each of three different Tortex picks about a decade ago and I'm still using them. Picks aren't a huge expense at my place.

True temperament frets really are a terrible solution to a problem that didn't exist.
Anyone that cares about that stuff is not a guitar player I want to listen to.
Oh believe me, there are thousands of people trading in that snake oil. It's one thing knowing tuning temperament issues exists and why and another altogether saying you can fix it if you buy their junk....
I used the Dunlop 2.0 or the 1.5's, depending on what was available. I don't choke up on the pick, I used heavy-ish strings and I was playing relatively fast, note-heavy stuff. I really hated picks that would flex.

I just put in an order with Gravity Picks... placed the order at 10:12 and got a note to say they had been dispatched by 10:19. That's gotta be some sort of record? Oh and two mins later 10:21 - I had a message off PayPal to say when my parcel should be here.
And these plectrums just arrived on my desk. That's a great service.

and I bet you can lend and lose them almost as quickly...
I'm generally pretty good at looking after plectrums. I've got loads of them in my guitar case - I use Gravity Sunrise nearly all the time now though and those ones have worn down quite a lot. I have lost my 3mm dragon heart though which is annoying, as its my 2nd favourite and I find it really good for tight rhythm playing.
