Sounds really good.
I found Beatleboy - he goes by Colly in BIAB land but he hasn't posted anything there since Nov LAST year.
That means he came to us after them. He's not been back then since before he was here.
He wrote and posted an insipid song about John Lennon as well as the one here.
This was a song posted today by another person - basically BIAB but he does play several instruments quite well.
He persists with singing and gets lots of yee haas for it but I think he's almost as bad as me.

He does seem to wite a lot of songs and gives the vibe that he gets some taken up by "artists".

LOL - I got about a minute in and my ears! my ears! on the vocal.

This is what I never understand with musicians who can't sing but do - I understand that not everyone can sing - no problems - but I don't understand how a musician who can play other instruments well can not understand that they can't sing - how they can not hear the pitch issues?

And even singers who aren't otherwise musicians - if you can't hear that you're not very good, then I'm not sure you'll ever be any good - because knowing when you're off pitch is sort of a core job requirement.

That guy hits the highs OK but he's just awful on the lows - which is common, but how does he not know?

Not exactly my subject matter either, so I couldn't go much further... interesting listen though. I should go have a listen to some more next time I'm feeling too happy... :mad3:

Not exactly my subject matter either,
The felloow has written some good songs - often Dylanesque in melody & vocal or Umerkanaish. I tried the pat on the back and whisper in the ear strategy. I don't understand the obsequiousness. There're several people on the forum who can't really play, write or sing. Some type in the chords, pick the style, select "midi melody" and the program generates a style based backing and plays a computer generated midi based melody from the chordal notes. Song done. One fellow did a "jazz version" of Auld NYE songythingo BUT played the melody, none too well, on a midi instrument in between prog generated solos. It IS as woeful as the decription suggests but the comments are positive and generous - he laps them up and has not/will not accept suggestions, critical commentary - having made it clear in aggressive attacks on those who tried.
I listen & suggest for those who accept such and don't bother with those who don't. Pointless, (as bad as the Oz version of it in fact).
