When are you going to cover Spoonman, that's what we all want to know...
Bugger Pearl Jam, let's get some Soundgarden happening. Happy to play spoons if you need a hand.
Was thinking I should do a "Big Four" of Grunge. I fancy having a crack at Would? by Alice In Chains. There's a few Nirvana songs I'd like to have a crack at... There's a couple that aren't that high for singing. Soundgarden... now that's going to be problematic when it comes to the vocal.
Performances are really really good. A pitchy note or two on the vocal, but not too bad. Guitar licks were awesome. The guitar balance leans a little to the right.
The guitar on the left might still be just a bit muddy.
I think the bass is a bit muddy too. Its level is perfect tho.
The ride sample you're using has a clicky attack. That was a little distracting. The rest of the drums were excellent.
I referenced mix #1 and I can hear definite improvement in #3.

I went straight to mix #3 to comment.

Listened to this in the car this morning, the right guitar is too loud and the left guitar is too quite and probably a bit muddy. Will do some work on them later.

The pitchiness I can live with!
Are my headphones wired backwards or something? I'm hearing the opposite. The left guitar is far clearer and brighter than the right.
The left is the rhythm guitar, the right is the lead.
Anyway, here's Mix 4. Better balanced I think and I've dialed out some of that mud in the rhythm.

As someone who hasn't, deliberately, listened to Pearl Necklace I can't refer to the original but #4 sounds cool. The wah is nice.
Vocals...a bit strident.
Lots of yeahs in the lyric.
The bass is a tad anonymous...a murmur in some parts.
